IPPF, itinanghal na ‘Best Operating Prison and Penal Farm of the Year’

Nakatanggap ng parangal ang pamunuan ng Iwahig Prison and Penal Farm (IPPF) sa kamakailang 2020 Awarding Ceremony ng Bureau of Corrections (BuCor).

Sa post ng BuCor sa kanilang official Facebook page noong Dec. 30, nakasaad na ginawaran ng parangal ang IPPF noong Dec. 29 bilang “Best Operating Prison and Penal Farm of the Year” base sa kanilang best practices, Superintendents Initiative Project, sa mga proyektong may kaugnayan sa pag-iwas at paglaban sa COVID-19 at pagdalo sa mga pagsasanay. Sa kasalukuyan ay pinamununuan ang IPPF ni CSupt. Raul P. Levita.

“It’s a very significant day as we recognize our outstanding BuCor Employees and Operating Prison and Penal Farms who exhibited exemplary public service and created a substantial contribution to the Bureau of Corrections,” ang bahagi ng post ng BuCor.

Ang 2020 Awarding Ceremony na kung saan ang ibang dumalong mga opisyales ng ahensiya ay sa pamamagitan ng google meet ay pinangunahan ni BuCor Director General USec. Gerald Q. Bantag, kasama sina ASec. Milfredo M. Melegrito, Deputy Director General for Administration at ASec. Gabriel P. Chaclag, Deputy Director General for Reformation and Operations. Isinagawa naman ito sa BuCor Social Hall, Admin Building NBP Reservation sa Muntinlupa City.
