P500,000 estimated worth of shabu seized from HVT in Puerto Princesa

An estimated half million worth of shabu was seized from a local high-value target in an operation conducted by joint forces of Philippine Drug Enforcement Unit (PDEA) and Anti-Crime Task Force of Puerto Princesa around 12:00 pm today, June 29, at Palanca Road, Barangay Mandaragat, Puerto Princesa City.

In a spot report obtained by Palawan Daily, the suspect was identified by operatives as Aldrin Joya Sena, 34 years old, single, van driver and a resident of Palanca Road, Purok Liwayway, Barangay Mandaragat, this city.

The operation led to the confiscation of one piece heat-sealed transparent plastic sachet containing white crystalline substance believed to be “shabu” weighing more or less 1 gram, one-piece knot-tied transparent plastic ice bag containing the same suspected substance weighing more or less 55 grams, one piece P500 marked bill, nine pieces of P1000 and one piece P500 boodle money.

The suspect is now under the disposition of the authorities while cases in Violation of Sections 5 and 11 of Article II of the Republic Act 9165 or the “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002” is now being prepared against the suspect.
