Police authorities arrested Erwin Reyteran in Purok Ilang-Ilang, Brgy. Sicsican, Puerto Princesa City for Violation of Sec. 5. Paragraph (1) of RA 9262 (Anti-Violence Against Women and their Children) last October 17.
Reyteran, 38, was apprehended by the joint personnel of Quezon Municipal Police Station (MPS) and Puerto Princesa City Police Office (PPCPO) at around one o’clock in the afternoon by virtue of a Warrant of Arrest issued by Ramon Chito R. Mendoza, Presiding Judge RTC Branch 165 (Single Sala) Brooke’s Point, Palawan dated August 7, 2020.
The arrested person is now under the custody of Quezon MPS with bail bond amounting to PHP72,000.00. He will be presented to the issuing court for proper disposition.
