Male ROF Puerto Princesa’s 4th active COVID-19 case

The City of Puerto Princesa on June 18, Thursday, has announced its fourth COVID-19 case from among the returning citizens.

Dr. Dean Palanca, Incident Commander of Puerto Princesa Task Force for COVID-19, confirmed this Thursday through an online video advisory at the City Information Department Facebook Page.

“Right now po ay inumpisahan na rin natin na mag-conduct ng contact tracing dito po sa ating pang-apat na kaso,” Palanca said.

Palanca said this COVID-19 patient is a male returning overseas Filipino (ROF) who arrived in the city on June 14 via 2GO ship from Manila.

Palanca added the patient is now in an isolation facility.

Palanca further reminded the public to strictly follow the existing health protocols and strengthen their immune system.
