A free webinar entitled “Mental Health Strategies for Teachers” will be held this coming Friday, September 18, from 3 to 4:30 in the afternoon, via Zoom and Facebook Live.

This webinar was made possible through the partnership of Palawan State University – Extension Services Office (PSU-ESO) and the Philippine Mental Health Association Inc. – Palawan Chapter (PMHA).

According to the information sheet of the webinar, the event aims to help the teachers in acclimatizing with the “academic anxiety” caused by the sudden and shift from the traditional face-to-face learning to online learning because of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The resource speaker for this event is Mirasol A. Pineda, RPM, Acting Chapter Coordinator and HR Assistant of PMHA National Office.
