The national government announced today, November 11, 2021, that they will conduct a 3-day National COVID-19 Vaccination from November 29 to December 1, 2021.

According to Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque during his press briefing earlier today, they are aiming to vaccinate 5 million Filipinos per day totalling to 15 million vaccinated individuals ny end of the 3-day national vaccination event to ramp up the vaccination campaign throughout the country with the ‘bayanihan concept’ in mind.

The event will simultaneously activate all registered vaccination sites in the targeted 16 regions and the BARMM.

Roque also stated that based on the data on November 10, 1,052,500 got the jab and this reflects the willingness of the public to get vaccinated. The vaccine supply is now also steady hence the reason of lack of vaccines resulting to low numbers of fully or partially inoculated individuals is no longer acceptable.

Local Government Units, Sandatahang Lakas, National Police, medical communit, and religious organizations will also take part in the said concurrent vaccination event.

The national government has recorded 30,478,899 fully vaccinated individuals throughout the country based on the National COVID-19 Vaccination Dashboard where, as of November 10, 140,374 are from in Palawan and, as of November 4, 70,806 in Puerto Princesa City.
