Change is inevitable, Growth is optional says, John Maxwell. In this modern time, abrupt environmental changes are just normal. Every day we come to encounter situations that enable us to change and grow, and adapting to these situations embarks us to transform as an individual and contribute to our respective organizations.

As we dedicate our daily lives to serving the Filipino people and our motherland, we are playing greater roles in molding and upholding our organization, the Philippine Air Force, serving as one of its assets. Each individual carries a bigger task to fulfill for the organization to soar up to greater heights.

Being the guardians of the skies, the Philippines Air Force ensures the alignment and uniformity of its efforts. With that, the leadership made sure that all initiatives that are being cascaded are moving in synchronize manner toward one direction. Its capability continues to mechanize and seek for innovations to cope with the dynamic changes in the environment.

Every standing individual of the organization is vital, and with that, all personnel within the organization are expected to respond and carry on their tasks to embark on the goal that the organization endeavors. To be able to attain that, it is a prerequisite to ensure that everyone is capable and equipped with the skills and values needed to provide a quality and impactful deli. Placing the right people in the right jobs and making available training and opportunities enables PAF personnel to be more productive and motivated in the field of work that they are in. The leadership sees to it that its people’s military career is improving considering the changes brought by technological advancements.

It is a culture for a military world to start from the bottom, with observance of the ranks of those who came before the younger ones. Despite that, the talents that everyone possessed is being bolstered from the time they joined the organization through various courses. This is one way of foreseeing a long-term career path for an individual and making them competent enough to work along with other forces from different branches of service and even foreign ones.

With the current leadership, included in the CG, PAF’s Command Guidance the significance of “People Capability and Well-being”, representing “P” from “LIPAD PAF. The leadership endeavors to develop a competent workforce to perform its mandated missions as the backbone of the organization.
