Kalaboso ang Most Wanted Person Rank No. 2 bandang 10:40 kaninang umaga, Pebrero 28, sa Barangay Punang, Sofronio Española, Palawan.
Sa bisa ng Warrant of Arrest na may petsang Disyembre 10, 2020 na inilabas ni Hon. Judge Ramon Chito R. Mendoza of RTC, Branch 165, Brooke’s Point, Palawan, ay inaresto ng Sofronio Española Municipal Police Station si Kamal Daud Ahadan, 25 anyos, magsasaka at residente ng nasabing lugar.
Nilabag nito umano ang Republic Act 7610 Section 5 (b) o tinatawag na ‘Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Exploitation and Discrimination Act. Base sa Philippine Commission on Women, ‘those who commit the act of sexual intercourse of lascivious conduct with a child exploited in prostitution or subject to other sexual abuse; Provided, That when the victims is under twelve (12) years of age, the perpetrators shall be prosecuted under Article 335, paragraph 3, for rape and Article 336 of Act No. 3815, as amended, the Revised Penal Code, for rape or lascivious conduct, as the case may be: Provided, That the penalty for lascivious conduct when the victim is under twelve (12) years of age shall be reclusion temporal in its medium period’.
Kasalukuyang nasa kustodiya na ng mga awtoridad ang suspek at may kaukulang piyansa na nagkakahalaga na P200,000. Ipepresenta ito sa court of origin para sa tamang disposisyon.
