Pass out the white coats: 11 Palawan Government scholars pass physician exam By: Hanna Camella Talabucon

Eleven scholars under the Palawan Government’s Programang Pang-edukasyon para sa mga Palaweño (PPP) passed the Physician Licensure Examination held in March.

The Provincial Information Office (PIO) said that the eleven new doctors belong to the 10th batch of medical scholars of the PPP which started during the administration of former Palawan Governor Jose Chaves Alvarez.

 

These scholars include: Dr. Kristal Care Pineda from Rizal, Dr. Kristine Ann Silan from Narra, Dr. Reylan Vence Almarez of Busuanga, Dr. Nick Joseph Montealto from Sofronio Española, Dr. Kate Dell Salazar of Aborlan, Dr. Johanne Lindsey Peria from Roxas, and doctors Micko Gener, Jonathan Michael Cordial, Pia Regina Balerite and Faith Hernandez from Puerto Princesa City.

 

Since its inception, the PPP now has sixty-two (62) medical scholars that passed the yearly Physician Licensure Examination and now offer their medical expertise in different medicare facilities which were also made through the initiative of the Palawan Provincial Government.
