The City Housing Office of the City Government of Puerto Princesa has warned the public anew that they will blacklist individual/s engaged in illegal transactions involving government housing projects.

In its Notice to the Public posted outside the office and also posted in other conspicuous places within the City, it warned the erring individuals that parcel of land or lots covered by the government housing projects are not intended for sale, rental or lease, mortgage, etc.

It further said that those person or persons found violating existing laws will be outrightly blacklisted and can no longer avail of any government housing projects.

The City Housing Office further warned that illegal transactions are considered null and void from the start as provided in the City Ordinance No. 850-2017.
