Out of all the 20 candidates, Miss Sta. Lourdes representative Jonalyn Galleno won the hearts of the media representatives during the press conference and was awarded with the “Darling of the Press” sash for this year’s Miss Puerto Princesa 2022.
Galleno expressed her gratitude and expressed her preparation and goal to bag the crown. “Hinintay ko po talaga ‘tong Miss Puerto Princesa na ‘to. Hinintay ko po ng two years bago ako nakasali,” she said.
“Sobrang hindi ko po ma-explain yung pakiramdam ko ngayon, pero isa lang po yung ginawa ko nung on the stage ako,” she further said. “Nagpakatotoo po ako,” Miss Sta. Lourdes representative stated.
The coronation night for Miss Puerto Princesa 2022 is set on Saturday, 26 February 2022, at the Princesa Garden Island Resort.
