3rd Marine Brigade, may bago ng commander

May bago ng commander ang 3rd Marine Brigade sa katauhan ni COL Antonio G. Mangorobon Jr., Philippine Navy (Marine).  Pinalitan nito si Brigadier General Jimmy D. Larida PN(M).

 

Ang change of command ay sinaksihan naman ni Commandant Philippine Marine Corps, MGEN Charlton Sean M.  Gaerlan  PN(M), na ginanap noong Pebrero 24 sa Headquarters ng 3rd Marine Brigade.

 

Si Larida ay mamumuno bilang Deputy Commandant ng Philippine Marine Corps at nagsimula ito noong Pebrero 9 a kanyang panunungkulan bilang commander ng 3rd Brigade. Naging matagumpay ito na nagresulta sa sunod sunod na pagsuko at pagtuligsa sa mga makakaliwang grupo.

 

Kaya naman nagpapasalamat ito sa mga kasamahan na opisyales mga tauhan sa patuloy na pagsuporta at suportahan ang bagong mamumuno sa 3rd Marine Brigade.

 

Ayon kay Mangoroban, kanya ring ipagpapatuloy ang mga magandang nasimulan, protektahan, pangalagaan at itulog ang pakikipag-isa sa mga partnership, stakeholders upang mapanatili ang kapayapaan.

In parallel to this, we will align in single cadence with other WESCOM operational units anchored on the personal mantra of our Commander, Vice Admiral Carlos’ to be Mission first, Men always,” ani Col. Mangoroban

 

Si Mangoroban ay dating naghatid ng serbisyo bilang Inspector General Philippine Marine Corps at nagsilbi rin bilang Deputy for Marine Operation, Naval Forces West. Tubong Cebu City at miyembro ito ng Philippine Military Academy “Tanglaw-Diwa” Class 1992.
