The body of a man was discovered in the river of Barangay Pulot Shore in Sofronio Española, Palawan on Thursday, afternoon, May 30.
The deceased was identified as Raden Hasan, a 34-year-old resident of the area.
According to initial reports, Raden left his home on the morning of May 30 to tend to his cattle. When he did not return by the afternoon, his family grew concerned and began searching for him.
Unfortunately, local residents found his body floating in the river later that day.
The incident was promptly reported to authorities. The Española Municipal Police Station (MPS) has requested a post-mortem examination from the Municipal Health Office to determine the cause of Raden’s death.
The investigation is ongoing to shed light on the details surrounding the incident.
