Thirty-two (32) participants proudly marked the successful conclusion of their Beauty Care Haircut Training program yesterday, October 12.
This training initiative, organized by the Rural Improvement Club (RIC) under the stewardship of the Office of the Municipal Agriculturist, took place at the Octagon Plaza in Brooke’s Point, Palawan.
The Beauty Care Training program was thoughtfully divided into two segments, focusing on the art of Haircut and Make-Up techniques.
The program emphasized the acquisition of new skills and knowledge, not only as a form of self-improvement but as a means to create potential economic opportunities.
Adding to the significance of their achievement, the participants were also provided with complimentary haircut kits to kick-start their new journey.
This program was made possible through the support of the Gender and Development (GAD) Fund provided by the local government, headed by Mayor Cesareo R. Benedito Jr.
Mayor Benedito encouraged all participants to continue honing their newfound knowledge, ensuring it becomes a valuable asset for personal development and potential income avenues.
