One of the owners, Nj Colosa, expresses her great support to the community as she is also a member. “Love has different colors. Love wins kasi iba’t ibang klase naman ang love.” She also said that the name of their café is open for every interpretation. “Pag pumasok ka and kung anong na feel mo, it’s how you understand it”.

The café is located at Manalo Extension Puerto Princesa City beside the Palawan Technological College Inc.

Rainbow Bridge Café offers not just appetizing foods but also budget-friendly meals for the students. One of their best- seller meals is Tapsilog, which is a fried seasoned beef, Sinangag (fried garlic rice with fried eggs on the side the classic Filipino breakfast that all of us crave for is only P60.00.

And if you’re looking for something to warm up your tummy Rainbow has an overload arroz caldo, which is a ginger-laced broth rice topped with some friend siomai and chicken legs, fried garlic bits, chopped green onions and calamansi juice are added for additional layers of flavor and of course with some hard- boiled egg.

They also have a fries-and-drinks combo which is good for midday merienda and very convenient to those people who are on the go. You can choose flavor for the fries and partner it up with some fried hotdog, lumpia or somai.
