A 48-year-old farmer was arrested based in an existing arrest warrant for four counts of Rape around 5:00 PM yesterday, July 8 authorities from Narra Municipal Police Station.
On a spot report obtained by Palawan Daily, authorities identified the suspect as Hernane Dañosa, married, a farmer and a resident of Sitio Maranan, Barangay Calategas, Narra, Palawan.
The suspect has an existing arrest warrant issued by RTC Branch 47 of Palawan signed by Judge Jocelyn Sundiang for violation of Rape (4 counts) with no recommended bail.
The suspect is now under the custody of the authorities and will soon be turned over to the court of origin.
