As part of the 123rd-anniversary celebration of the Philippine Civil Service, several employees of the Palawan Provincial Government participated in an HIV Awareness and Mental Health Seminar held at the VJR Hall in the provincial capitol building yesterday, September 14.

He stressed that, in addition to providing various projects to municipalities and barangays, investing in the development of human resources is essential. This preparation ensures that employees are equipped with the necessary skills and readiness to serve clients effectively.

According to their latest data as of August 31, there are 288 reported positive cases. She discussed the conditions of those with HIV, possible transmission causes, prevention methods, and the treatment process.
