The Palawan Provincial Government, through the Provincial Sports Division has initiated the opening of a two-day boxing clinic, which started yesterday, March 16, at Barangay Punang, Sofronio Española.
The boxing clinic attracted a total of sixty-four (64) young Palaweño athletes from Española and other neighboring towns.
The program, which is spearheaded by the Office of the Governor, aims to inspire kids and let them acquire formal knowledge about the sport in addition to their natural skills.
Following this, a two-day boxing clinic is also scheduled to open in San Vicente on March 29–31.
