Lumabag sa Chainsaw Act, arestado sa Bayan ng Quezon

Arestado na ng Quezon Municipal Police Station (MPS) ang isang wanted person sa kanilang bayan dakong ala una ng hapon noong Hulyo 3.

Kinilala ang suspek na si Hairon “Marang” Yap Marang, 33, may asawa, magsasaka at residente ng Brgy. Isugod, Quezon, Palawan.

Batay sa PPO spot report, nahuli ang suspek ng mga tauhan ng Quezon MPS sa nasabing lugar na nag-ugat umano sa paglabag niya sa Sec 7(4) ng RA 9175 o mas kilala bilang “Chain Saw Act of 2002.”

Ang pag-aresto ay  base sa Warrant of Arrest na ibinaba ni RTC Branch 165-Brooke’s Point Judge Ramon Chito R. Mendoza nito lamang Enero 29, 2020 na kung saan ay may P48,000 na inirekomendang piyansa para sa pansamantala niyang kalayaan.

Sa kasalukuyan ay nasa kustodiya na ng  Quezon MPS ang naarestong suspek at ipipresenta sa issuing court para sa proper disposition.
