Members of Tawid Cultural Performing Group, popularly known as the Igorot Hunks, plant tree seedlings at Yamang Bukid Farm, Puerto Princesa City, as part of their advocacy in protecting the environment last September 29.

Yamang Bukid Farm has been actively protecting the environment through its various community projects, including the strong support of the livelihood of farmers.

Recently, it conducted several activities including the Agros Festival, Fun Run, and the month-long Yamang Bukid Farm Olympics, not only to entertain its guests and visitors, but also to “celebrate nature nurtured by beautiful people”.

Yamang Bukid Farm is located at Barangay Bacungan, Puerto Princesa City, and has been frequented by local and international tourists and has been lauded by the Department of Agriculture, Department of Tourism, and other government sectors for its exemplary practices in farm tourism and sustainable agriculture.
