Iconic na Princesa Tower, itatayo sa lungsod ng Puerto Princesa

Ipinasalip sa publiko ang planong iconic tower ng City Government na itatayo sa lungsod ng Puerto Princesa.

Sa nasabing presentasyon, ipinakita ni Rod Salsuelo, executive assistant ng city mayor’s office ang magiging disensyo ng nasabing tower.

Ipinakita muna nito ang dating plano na tower na nauna nang naisa publiko noong nakaraang mga buwan.

Pero nagkaroon ng pagbabago basi narin sa kagustuhan ni Mayor Lucilo Bayron.

Ang nais nito ay maging katangi tangi sa buong Pilipinas ang itatayong gusali.

Sa bagong plano, tatawagin na ito na The Princesa Tower.

At mula sa 135 metrong taas magiging 680 meters na ito at sinasabing papangalawa sa pinakamataas na gusali sa buong mundo.

Makikita sa iconic tower ang longest manmade water curtain in the world na may taas na 176 meters at posibleng makasungkit sa Guinness Book of Record.

Ganun din ang pinakamataas at pinakamalaking open park sa buong mundo.

Mayroon ding zumba fitness dance area, food court, sky glass walk at sky ride.

Lahat ng pondong gagastusin sa nasabing gusali ay manggagaling sa mga pribadong individual mapa local at international o tinatawag na crowd funding.

Kapag naisakatuparan ang nasabing plano, inaasahang tataas at lalago ang economiya ng syudad lalo na sa tourist industry.
