Job Order at Contract of Service personnel ng Palawan State University, umaalma sa sistema ng unibersidad

Naglabas ng memorandum ang Palawan State University kahapon, January 3, kaugnay sa pag-rehire ng mga Job Order at Contract of Service Personnel nito.

Ayon sa memo, hindi pa umano makapagdedesisyon ang unibersidad na i-rehire ang mga JO at COS ngayong taon.

Ayon sa pahayag ng isa sa mga JO personnel ng unibersidad, ilang beses na daw pumapalya ang pasahod ng PSU at ilang buwan umano silang pumapasok ng walang sweldo.

“Kahapon mga before 2pm bigla nalang sinabi na wag na muna pumasok dahil wala pa kontrata until further notice. Di man lang nakapag prepare ng memo at bigla-bigla na lang kami na hindi pinapasok,” dagdag pa nito.

Sa kasalukuyan, humigit-kumulang 380 na mga personnel ng unibersidad ang pinangangambahang mawalan ng trabaho.

Ayon naman sa pamunuan ng Palawan State University na si President Ramon Docto, inaayos pa nila ang nasabing isyo upang matugunan agad ito.
