Mga wanted sa batas, arestado

Pitong kalalakihan na wanted sa batas ang naaresto ng Palawan Provincial Police Office kabilang na ang dalawang lalaki na tinaguriang most wanted o high value individual kahapon Mayo 16.

Ayon sa report ng Palawan Provincial Police Office, nahuli na ang wanted na sina Mike Lourence Pelayre Paredes, 24 anyos, residente sa Barangay 4, Roxas, Palawan na may kasong paglabag ng RA 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act of 2002, na may arrest warrant na pirmado ni Judge Anna Leah Tiongson-Mendoza ng RTC Branch 164, Roxas at walang pyansang itinakda.

Arestado din si Rix Casaberde Lumungsod, 23 anyos, na residente sa Barangay  Silanga, Taytay, na isa rin sa mga most wanted person sa talaan ng PNP na may kasong rape kung saan may warrant of arrest para dito na pirmado ni Judge Emmanuel Q. Artazo ng Family Court sa Taytay at walang pyansa ding itinakda.

Samantala, inaresto rin ang limang kalalakihan na may warrants of arrest sa kasong paglabag sa Section  77 PD 705, o ilegal logging.

Kinilala ang lima sina:

Jerol Dela Cruz, 35,

Kerby Limsa, 32,

John Poroque Delgado, 23,

Michael Ramirez, 31,

Ismael Zumaraga, 54,

P30,000 naman ang pyansa sa kaso ng bawat suspek.

Ayon kay Police Colonel Adonis Guzman Provincial Director, magpapatuloy ang kanilang manhunt operation sa mga wanted sa batas.

“I commend the operating units for the success of these manhunt operations. Continue to uphold peace and order and take part in the intensified drive against criminality,” ani Guzman.
