A joint operation led by the Bantay Palawan of the Provincial Government, alongside other law enforcement agencies, successfully intercepted 155 reams of smuggled cigarettes in Sitio Odiong, Barangay Panitian, Quezon, Palawan on Sunday, November 12.
The Bantay Palawan report reveals that the illegal cigarettes were seized from three suspects during transit, on their way to be sold in the market.
The confiscated contraband, with an estimated value of P47,250, is now in the custody of the 2ND SOU-MG Quezon MSBC for proper handling and disposal.
