Negatibo sa Coronavirus Disease 2019 ang lahat ng 18 kinuhanan ng swab samples na pasyenteng kabilang sa “suspect category” sa lungsod ng Puerto Princesa.

Ito ang kinumpirma ni City Information Officer Richard Ligad sa pamamagitan ng kanyang Facebook post sa kanyang personal account.

Ayon kay Ligad, kabilang na dito ang limang namatay na suspected COVID-19 patients bago pa man lumabas ang resulta ng kanilang test.

“Just received a phone call, lahat ng PUI death natin ay dumating na ang result. Lahat sila at Negative,” post ni Ligad sa kanyang Facebook account.

Inihayag din ng opisyal sa pamamagitan parin ng Facebook ang pagkamatay ng isa pang suspected COVID-19 case dito sa lungsod.

“May suspect case nanaman tayong sumakabilang buhay, na swab test na din po at nasa urbang Bgy. Female 40 to 45 yrs. Old, at meron din syang ibang karamdaman. Inaantay nalang natin ang result. Condolence po sa pamilya,” dagdag ng opisyal sa kanyang hiwalay na post.

Base sa pinakahuling tracker ng Department of Health Center for Health Development ng MIMAROPA, 64 na suspected COVID-19 patients ang mino-monitor sa buong Palawan, 21 sa mga ito ang nasa iba’t-ibang ospital habang ang nalalabi na 43 ay naka-home quarantine.
