City Hall, todo tanggi sa umano’y sabwatan nila ng Ivy Michelle Construction sa quarrying

Itinanggi ni City Administrator Atty. Arnel Pedrosa ang pahayag ni Konsehal Jimmy Carbonel nang umano’y sabwatan ng ilang opisina ng City Government at Ivy Michelle Construction Company.

Ayon sa konsehal may kaugnayan sa nagaganap na quarry operations sa kilometer 35 sa Barangay Napsan.

Pero kung sakaling nangyari nga ang naturang sabwatan, dagdag nito, marahil ay napabayaan lamang ito at inabuso naman ng mga mapagsamantala.

Samantala, hanggang sa ngayon, saad ni Atty. Pedrosa wala pang natatanggap ang City Legal Office mula sa Sangguniang Panlungsod patungkol sa kanilang ipinasang resolution na magkaroon ng imbestigasyon sa nasabing quarry operation.

Ayon kay Pedrosa, dapat na marinig din ang panig ng inaakusahan upang malaman ang mga posibleng naging ugat ng nasabing nagaganap na quarry operation sa kilometer 35 sa Napsan.
