COVID-19 positive sa PSU admin, fake news

Fake News ang kumakalat sa social media na may empleyado ang Palawan State University (PSU) na COVID-19 positive.

Ito ang nilinaw ni PSU President Dr. Ramon Docto sa panayam ng Palawan Daily News.

Ayon kay Dr. Docto, walang katotohanan ang kumakalat na balita kaya walang dapat ikabahala ang mga empleyado, guro at mag-aaral ng unibersidad.

“Walang katotohanan ‘yan at walang ano sa admin… Baka na-ano lang nila ‘yan dahil may iba dito sa amin na may mga asawa na nagtatrabaho sa Provincial Hospital. Tinanong naman namin at negative [COVID-19] naman ang mga asawa nila.,” paglilinaw ni Dr. Docto.

Dagdag pa ng presidente ng unibersidad na posible ring inakala lang ng ilan dahil malapit ang PSU sa barangay kung saan may mga naitalang positibo sa nakamamatay na virus.

“Baka inakala lang nila dahil malapit sa Tiniguiban at sa PSU e, fake news ‘yan paki nalang sa mga kababayan natin para hindi sila mag-alala,” dagdag ng University President.
