Sa pangunguna ni Police Major Noel A. Manalo, Station Commander, na nirepresentahan ni Police Captain Victoria Carmen C. Iquin, nagsagawa ang Police Station 2 ng isang Community Service Oriented Policing (CSOP) at tinawag itong Oplan Tupitgaw (Tuli, Gupit at Lugaw) at Oplan BIMO-KAKO (Bitamina mo kalusugan ko) sa tulong ng kanilang malikhaing ideya na mula naman kay Police Executive Master Sargeant Allan M. Aurelio.

Ang aktibidad ay ginanap ngayong araw ika-17 sa Barangay Hall ng Sicsican sa lungsod ng Puerto Princesa, at mahigit 100 na mga kabataan ang nabigyan ng serbisyo.

Layunin nito na palakasin ang ugnayan ng Philippine National Police, Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP), LGU at komunidad upang maihatid ang nararapat na serbisyo publiko.

Tinuturing ito na isang matagumpay na aktibidad sapagkat nilahukan ito ng ibat-ibang ahensya tulad ng Barangay Officials ng Barangay Sicsican, Puerto Princesa City Incident Management Team, City Management Office, Nutrition Division ng City Health Office, Bureau of Jail Management and Penology, City DepEd, Rotaraed Club Puerto Princesa Central, at mga pribadong Nurse ng Ace Medical Center at higit sa lahat ay ang western command sa pangunguna ni Lieutenant Commander Roy Dalumpines ng Civil Military Operations, at Major Wilfredo Abulencia ng WESCOM medical Team.

Labis ang pagpapasalamat ng Police Station 2 sa mga nagbigay ng serbisyo, tulong at hinangad na magkaroon pa ulit ng kaparehong aktibidad lalo na sa mga nangangailangan ng tulong sa panahon ng pandemya, at muli ang Law Enforcement Agencies ay handang tumulong sa anumang oras.
