In an interview with Palawan Daily News, Atchera said that he aims to help political colleagues not just in Palawan but MIMAROPA in creating more strategic and useful programs in achieving the true meaning of public trust and service.

He also added that he is ready to make future measures for the benefit of political councilors like himself around the region so as to create a harmonious partnership in making the MIMAROPA Councilors’ League more productive and useful in the aspect of public service.

Meanwhile, Dumaran town councilor Dolor shares the same mission. The councilor said that he aims to submit measures to create programs in medical and education areas for the benefit of the region.
