  • Based on the quick count as of April 11, 2022, at 12NN, there is a total of 25,173 schools nominated by the regions for the progressive expansion of face-to-face classes. 24,476 of which are public schools and 697 are private schools.
  • There is a total of 5,248,603 participating learners from the nominated schools submitted by the regions for the progressive expansion phase of face-to-face classes.
  • Meanwhile, there is a total of 20,656 public schools and 490 private schools that are participating in the implementation of face-to-face classes as of April 11, 2022, with an overall total of 21,146 participating schools.

“Ah una we don’t anticipate na mag fail ang face to face [classes] dahil ito ay response sa demand…kung maaalala natin…nag umpisa yung ating pandemic diba…nag lockdown tayo ng mga klase…much to our difficulty at may demand talaga na nilalabas na gusto ng mga parents gusto ng international community na magkaroon tayo ng face to face and so this is the response to the expectation of the public.
