Binata, arestado dahil sa carnapping

QUEZON, PALAWAN — Isang binata sa dito sa Bayan ng Quezon ang inaresto ng mga elemento ng Quezon Municipal Police Station dahil sa kinakaharap nitong kaso na paglabag sa section 3 ng Republic Act 10883 o Anti-carnapping Law.

Sa report na inilabas ng Quezon Municipal Police Station na pinamumunuan ni PSINSP Ernil Delos Santos, ang akusadong menor de edad, na 17-anyos pa lang ngayon, ay residente ng Sitio Simunong sa Barangay Sowangan, Quezon.

Inaresto ang akusado noong sabado ng gabi sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inisyu ni Judge Ambrosio de Luna ng Regional Trial Court Branch 51.

Sa warrant of arrest na may petsang April 10, 2018 walang inirekomendang piyansa ang korte para sa akusadong menor de edad.

Ayon sa Quezon MPS nananatiling nasa kostodiya nila ang binata at nakatakdang i-presenta sa kaniyang court of origin para sa kaukulang disposisyon.
