“I have received reports from PNP that our forces who have been serving as COVID-19 frontliners were ambushed along Itabiak at about 8 pm tonight,” kumpirmasyon ni Mayor Alvarez sa kanyang post sa kanyang Facebook account.

“I assure the public that our civilian government and our uniformed forces are at all times committed to protecting and ensuring their safety. I ask for your prayers for our protectors,” dagdag ng alkalde sa kanyang post.
