Robin Padilla tops senatorial race in 18 Palawan municipalities

Senatorial candidate and actor Robin Padilla topped the senatorial race in the Province of Palawan leading in 18 municipalities with a total of 266,072 votes.

Padilla leads in Agutaya with 3,285 votes; Aracelli with 3,526; Balabac with 11,848; Bataraza with 27,699; Brooke’s Point with 24,328; Cagayancillo with 1,927; Coron with 19,135; Cullion with 5,759; Dumaran with 6,101; El Nido with 15,699; Kalayaan with 258; Linapakan with 4,088; Narra with 22,877; Quezon with 17,361; Rizal with 14,130; San Vicente with 10,080; Sofronio Española with 10,909; and Taytay with 21,598 votes.

Meanwhile, Raffy “Idol” Tulfo leads in the remaining municipalities such as Aborlan with 12,764 votes, Busuanga with 7,796, Cuyo with 6,918, Magsaysay with 3,306, and Roxas with 22,288 votes.

Padilla is the frontrunner in the island province with 266,072 accumulated votes followed by Tulfo with total of 229,844 votes.

These two senatorial candidates are very popular all over the country as they took rank 1 with 26,427,468 votes and rank 3 with 23,147,790 votes, respectively.

The numbers are based on the Election Returns transmitted as of 1:17PM on May 11, 2022.
