Cebu Pacific announced through its updated travel advisory last July 14 that its management will strictly enforce the policy on hand-carry baggage of its travelers on Tuesday, July 17.
The advisory states that passengers are only allowed one carry-on or hand-carry baggage inside the cabin, with a maximum weight of seven (7) kilograms and dimensions of up to 56cm x 36cm x 23 cm for Airbus flights and 56 cm x 35 cm x 20 cm for ATR flights.
In addition to one carry-on baggage, each passenger may also bring a laptop in its own bag or handbag.
For those who are traveling with infants may bring one additional bag containing all necessities required.
The directive is to streamline operations and to provide a more efficient check-in experience.
