A lifeless body was found early this morning on a private beach in Siagas, Barangay Campong Ulay, Rizal, Palawan.
The victim was identified by his relatives as Sandy Gapilango, legal age and a resident of Municipality of Narra
According to Vicma Sintik, municipal employee and one of the first responders in the area, around 6 a.m. this morning when the lifeless body of Gapilango was found by the residents in the area.
At first, responders thought that the victim was trapped in the waters as the body floats upwards but upon getting closer, they found out that it is already dead with blood on his face
Sintik added that the victim was last seen alive by the residents yesterday while helping the community. (By Christopher Barrientos / Palawan Daily News)
