Pagtakas ng bilanggo sa Palawan Provincial Jail, iniimbestigahan na

Nagsasagawa ng malalimang imbestigasyon ang pamunuan ng Palawan Provincial Jail pagkatapos na pumuga ang isang bilanggo nito.

Sa panayam ng Palawan Daily News kay Jail Warden Jose Sany Rabago, aniya nag-iimbestiga na ang pamunuan ng provincial jail para malaman kung papaano nakatakas ang bilanggong si Mark Allen Dalisay.

Kasong pagpatay ng guro sa Taytay noong 2010 ang dahilan kung bakit nakabilanggo si Dalisay, pero naging palaisipan sa ngayon sa pamunuan ng piitan kung paano ito nakatakas sa kabila ng mahigpit na pagbabantay at seguridad sa loob nito.

Nalaman na lamang ng mga kinatawan ng bilangguan ng Sabado ng umaga na wala na si Dalisay pagkatapos ng headcount sa mga bilanggo.

Agad namang bumuo ng Recovery Team ang provincial jail sa pangunguna ni Jail Warden Rabago at namigay ng mga pictures at flyers sa Barangay Bancao-bancao, sa terminal, tricycle drivers at possible areas na maaring puntahan ni Dalisay.

Nitong Linggo, nahuli ang bilanggo sa Barangay Poblacion, bayan ng Taytay, Palawan, mga alas-syete ng gabi.

Inaalam pa rin ng pamunuan ng bilanggo kung paano nakatakas si Dalisay. Anila, walang nagbibisita sa bilanggo at maaring nalungkot ito dahil walang pamilyang pumunta sa kanya.

Sa ngayon, hawak ng Taytay Municipal Police Station si Dalisay at anumang oras ay dadalhin ito pabalik sa provincial jail.

Bagong kaso naman ang kakaharapin ng nasabing bilanggo dahil na rin sa pagpuga nito.

Sa darating na Oktubre ang promulgasyon ng kaso ni Dalisay at dito malalaman kung anong ang magiging resulta sa kasong isinimpa sa kanya kaugnay sa pagpatay nito sa isang guro sa Taytay.
