“With the current situation that we have now, the earliest I think is next year…particularly sa mga lugar na walang COVID-19 case; [or at least], ang mga lugar na zero to five [active] cases ay baka papayagan ng Face-to-face [Instruction].

“I hope, bumaba ‘yan by this end of the year para payagan na uli ang limited Face-to-face kasi ‘yong vaccine naman will not come until next year, nasa stage three testing pa lang sila until March ata o February.

“Pero, if there is any region na magku-qualify sa face-to-face learning, it should be MIMAROPA. Dalawang lugar na, well, blessings in disguise na isla tayo, dalawang lugar na ‘yong pwedeng mag-qualify [at ito] ay BARMM and MIMAROPA; siguro Batanes din. Those are the areas na maayos naman ang quarantine procedure; halos karamihan ng positive ay imported, bihirang-bihira ang local transmission,” ang pahayag pa ng pinuno ng CHED-MIMAROPA na mula sa Lungsod ng Puerto Princesa at dating guro ng Palawan State University (PSU).
