President Ferdinand R. Marcos himself ordered the creation of the website during his State of the Nation Address (SONA) on the last week of July 2025, and the website was launched on the early part of August 2025, urging citizens to fulfill their civic duty by directly reporting to the Office of the President any nonoperational or anomalous flood control projects in their respective provinces, towns and cities.
The biggest among these 19 listed projects is the Construction of Riverbank Protection Structure along Irawan River downstream with a project cost of P212.2 million.

Aside from this P212.2 million infrastructure projects, four other similar projects is also implemented in Irawan River, such as the P194.9million riverbank protection structure in Irawan river upstream, P17.3 million river waterway enhancement structure in Irawan river downstream left-side, P17.3million river waterway enhancement structure in Irawan river downstream right-side and P17.3 million river waterway enhancement structure in Irawan river upstream.
Four flood control projects are also implemented along Langogan River in Barangay Langogan, Puerto Princesa’s northernmost barangay.
Other DPWH projects in the city includes the slope protection structure in Inagawan communal irrigation system, river flood control structure in Babuyan, Tanabag and Maoyon rivers.
Other project sites of DPWH infrastructure projects in Puerto Princesa includes that in Barangay Kalipay, San Pedro, Maligaya, San Miguel and San Manuel.
The website, called Sumbong sa Pangulo, lists all flood-control projects under the Marcos administration, a government website where the public can check and report the status of flood-control projects in their areas.
