“The donning of ranks is a time-honored military tradition that signifies the officers readiness to take on new responsibilities and leadership roles within their military careers. It is also a formal recognition of their commitment to the corps, their hard work, and their dedication in serving their country,” ayon sa pahayag ng 3rd Marine Brigade.
