Arestado ang isang 15-anyos na estudyante ng Palawan National School matapos mahulihan ng pinaghihinalang marijuana kahapon ng ala-1 ng hapon sa Talipapa, H. Mendoza Street, Bgy Model, Puerto Princesa City.

Batay sa spot report na ibigay ng Puerto Princesa City Police Office Police Station 1 sa Palawan Daily News, ang suspek ay itatago natin sa pangalan Tonying, na residente ng Purok Maligaya, Bgy Bancao-Bancao, Puerto Princesa City.

Sa kanilang naging imbestigasyon, nagpapatrolya umano ang dalawang guwardiya ng PNS na sina Erdy Rigor Jose at Michael Ponce De Leon sa harap ng paaralan partikular na sa talipapa nang mapansin ang suspek na naka-uniporme ng eskwelahan at may hawak na lighter na agad nilang hinuli dahil bawal ito sa patakaran ng PNS.

Samantala, matapos na maipaalam sa mga magulang ay agad na-iturn over ang bata sa himpilan ng pulisya para sa tamang disposisyon.

Sa ngayon ay nasa kustodiya pa ng Police Station 1 ang nasabing binatilyo at kakasuhan ng paglabag sa Section 11 ng Republic Act 9165 o Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs of 2002.
