Paggamit ng faceshield sa mga tanggapan ng gobyerno, pampublikong lugar sa Puerto Princesa, inirekomenda

Inirekomenda ng City Incident Management  Team (IMT) at Emergency Operation Center (EOC) sa mga miyembro ng Sangguniang Panlungsod na gawin na ring mandatory ang pagsusuot ng face shield sa lahat ng tanggapan ng pamahalaan sa lungsod at sa  mga pampublikong lugar.

Ayon kay City Health Officer Dean Palanca, city incident commander, malaki ang maidadagdag na proteksyon laban sa Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) kapag gumamit pa ng faceshield na nasimulan na sa mga pampublikong sasakyan kaya  mainam na gawin na rin ito ng mga government employee at ng lahat ng mga taong magta-transact sa mga government offices sa siyudad.

“Unahin ‘yong all government offices kung pwede tapos isunod ang public area like market, tsaka ‘yong mga talipapa, ‘yang mga sinasabi nating…talagang halo-halu ang mga taong pumupunta,” ani Dr. Palanca.

Dagdag pa ng head ng City IMT, nakita niya ang unti-unti nang pagsunod ng publiko sa kautusan ng pamahalaang nasyunal ukol sa pagsuot ng faceshield, kasama ang facemask na inaaasahang maisasagawa ang full implementation sa susunod na mga linggo.

Nakatakda na rin umanong sumulat ang ahensiya kay Mayor Lucilo Bayron ngayong linggo ukol sa usapin.

Matatandaan namang nagsimula ang mandatory na pagsusuot ng faceshield kapag sumasakay sa mga pampublikong sasakyan noong Agosto 15, alinsunod sa kautusan ng NIATF-EID.
