It is the country’s longest running travel exhibition and is strongly committed to the promotion of domestic and inbound tourism. The annual event showcases Philippine destinations and updated tour product offerings for domestic and foreign tourists.

Elizabeth Maclang, Park Superintendent of the Puerto Princesa Subterranean River National Park (PPSRNP), a world famous tourism jewel, invited the city’s travel and tourism industry players to the PTM.

Maclang said this trade and tourism expo organized by the Philippine Travel Operators Association (PhilTOA) is among the Philippines’ biggest events.

PPSRNP will head the delegation from Puerto Princesa.

Yamang Bukid Farm-Palawan, one of the destinations in the city, has been invited by Maclang to join the PTM.

Aside from the invitation to join the city’s delegation, Maclang also requested Yamang Bukid to showcase their products, have free taste and provide giveaways to increase foot traffic in Puerto Princesa’s booth during the PTM.

The Yamang Bukid for its part manifested its willingness to join the event.

“The invitation marked another opportunity for Yamang Bukid Farm to showcase to industry leaders and to tourism community its products and amenities as an emerging farm tourism destination in Puerto Princesa and Palawan,” Yamang Bukid said in a statement.
