YES OR NO?

This March 13, 2021, Palawenos will decide thru plebiscite, for the last time, if they want the province to be split into 3; Palawan del Norte, Palawan Oriental, and Palawan del Sur. Unfortunately, Puerto Princesa City, its capital, will not take part in the plebiscite.

If the current city will be part of the plebiscite, dividing the province will no longer push through, the clamor to stop the division is so loud and strong.

By law Palawan del Norte will have Taytay as its capital and will be composed of Coron, Culion, Busuanga, Linapacan, and El Nido.

Roxas will be the capital of Palawan Oriental and will be composed of Araceli, Dumaran, Cuyo, Agutaya, Magsaysay, Cagayancillo, and San Vicente.

Brooke’s Point will be the capital of Palawan del Sur, and will consist of Aborlan, Narra, Quezon, Rizal, Española, Bataraza, Balabac, and Kalayaan.

PANDEMIC VOTING

These are the measures approved by COMELEC and IATF that voters should remember before and while at the precincts.

• Thermal check
• No face mask, no face shield, no entry
• Submission of pre-filled Health Declaration Form
• Physical distancing
• Disinfection station and foot bath in every polling place
• PlebCom members shall be in PPEs
• Use of voting booths
• Disinfection of frequently touched objects like pens (or better to bring your own pens)

YES OR NO?

As we braced the pandemic, we are expecting a fewer voters, but if YOU are a VOTER, think of your future, pandemic is just part of your daily “routine” .

Those who will vote for NO or YES, that is your right!

BUT PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU DECIDE!

If your vote is good for you, for the province, why not?

But if your vote is good for one family who want to have their own kingdom, its your loss.

THINK OF YOUR FUTURE.

Palawan will never be the same again after March 13.
