“We don’t just feed our stomach to live; we also need to feed our minds with knowledge,” ayon sa Special Science Education Teacher 1 na si Kester Badenas sa kanyang post kamakailan.

“This is to help our learners to appreciate that ‘reading is a fundamental skill,’ and it starts in just reading a book,” ayon pa kay Badenas.

“I believe that reading is a fundamental skill. It is important that a household have books to read. In our present situation that we are living that internet almost have the information that we need, we should still rely on books because of its credibility and reliability. We are not sure of what we have in the internet. If we have books, at least we are sure of what we are reading and we can refrain ourselves from misinformation and disinformation,” tugon pa ni teacher Lester.
