Palawan’s very own singing Vlogger Job Mondigo is included in the Top 15 for the nationwide search for #BlogaLive Host search for Blogapalooza. Mondigo’s video entry was selected out of almost 100 vloggers and influencers who submit application. Blogapalooza is the Philippines premier influencer marketing company that aims to connect businesses and influencers.
28 years old Mondigo is a post-production specialist of ABS-CBN creative communications and was one of the million employees of the network that will lose their job come end of August, and joining the said contest is an opportunity for him to try other things and could be a new livelihood in case he get lucky in the contest.
“Gusto ko lang talaga i-try yung mga hosting hosting, since meron naman po akong konting knowledge,” Mondigo said.
Mondigo’s channel in Youtube is Jobela where he covers song along with his girlfriend. At an early age he used to join singing contest like the Star of Palawan thru former DYPR TV-7 of Palawan Broadcasting Corporation, he also used to be a FM disc jockey as well while he is taking his Mass Communication course at Palawan State University.
BlogaLive Host search will be determined thru online voting of a panel of judges which includes fashion designer Adi Amor, Content Creator Jako De Leon of Paperbug TV and Vlog Squad, TV Host Nikki Viola and Hiyasmin Neri-Soyao, CEO of Shoppertainment Live, Inc.
From 15 semi-finalists, the Top 10 host will be chosen by Blogapalooza executives, and the 5 finalists will be decided by public upon online voting, the winner will receive a Host kit package and will be the face of Bloga Live online shows across many social media platforms.
Anyone who wish to support Job Mondigo can send in their votes as early as now as they already opened the link last August 22 and will end noon time of August 27.
“God knows how much I wanted to be an inspiration sa lahat ng kabataan, for everybody na may pinagdadaanan at may mga pangarap, sa mga nalulungkot, sa mga feeling alone, I want to tell you na God is with you,” Mondigo said for audition video.
