Matagumpay na naisagawa ang dalawang araw na Orientation-Writeshop on Crafting the Citizen’s Charter of the Provincial Government of Palawan na pinangunahan ni OIC Sharlene D. Vilches, at kasalukuyan ring Vice Chairperson ng Committee on Anti-Red Tape (CART).
“Specifically, this activity is contributing to agenda number 3, which is improving our bureaucratic efficiency. Meaning, we have to make these processes more efficient in government processes. It is also contributing under the ease of doing business. We have to reduce the barriers to entry for our entrepreneurs. We have to make an environment that will not be cumbersome to do businesses in our locality. This activity is very timely, as we all know good local governance is one of the priorities of our honorable governor. With enhanced citizen charter, it means that we have to re-engineer our services the way we provide it. We are ensuring that the provincial government is doing transparency and accountability in all our government operations… It is our aim to make our services to our client be it external or internal more efficient.”
