Sa kabila ng naging banta ng COVID-19 sa Bayan ng Aborlan, hindi nagpatupad ng skeletal workforce ang munisipyo. Ayon kay Mayor Celsa Adier, hindi umano nila kailangan ito sa ngayon dahil umano sa dami ng kailangan tapusin sa Munisipyo.

“Mahigpit lang, pero we did not use skeletal workforce kasi karamihan ng trabaho ngayon ay paspasan. Marami ang dapat gawin na magawa natin sa the whole day and at the whole week.”

“Sabado, Linggo nakapahinga naman sila especially during mga holidays hindi ko naman sila pinupuwersa sila na magpasok, pero ang iba naman ay pumapasok and nag o-overtime.”

Paniguro ng alkalde, wala umanong dapat ipag-alala ang mga residente basta sumunod lamang sa ipinapatupad na minimum health protocols.
