“The PNP and the AFP will always stand by our mandates to be a neutral organization, neutral agency. We don’t take sides kung sino man yung proponent [at kung] sino man yung against. Again sabi ko, nga we are in a democratic country, we can say what we want. Based on the constitution lang naman tayo.

“Napaka-peaceful dito and there are activities na campaigns and this is just part of a democratic process. Hindi naman natin to pinapabayaan. But again everything that has been said and done this are all part of democratic process. Magtalunan sila magkaroon sila ng debate its all part of a democratic system,”

“Number 1 this is a democratic exercise so wag natin sayangin itong democratic exercise na ito because in every exercise there will always be a benefit for this province so its time for the people to voice out their choices and nobody will be hindering them to air their choices via their votes,”

“The general public should maintain its peace, because peace will always start on the individual person. Hindi yan manggagaling sa PNP. It will always start from an individual person. Kasi at the end of the day we are all working and will be working for the peace, progress and security of Palawan.”
