“We already crafted yung security plan for the plebiscite. And the security plan covers the activities of the different security forces such as the PNP, the Armed Forces, the Philippine Coast Guard, and other law enforcement agencies within the Palawan Province.”

“Naka-lay down na lahat doon. Nakalagay yung deployment ng mga police officers and other law enforcement units. Andoon na rin yung security ng mga teachers from seaport to the Municipal Treasurer’s Office [and] back to different precincts.”

Actually, as early as February 10 mag-start na magtrabaho ang ating kapulisan [at] ang ating armed forces of the Philippines towards securing the process of the plebiscite.”

Wag kayo magtaka kung may makikita kayong mga COMELEC checkpoints in the different municipalities of the province.

“Actually that’s the decision of the COMELEC kung ano man yung magiging decision nila diyan what we’re just going to do is just to provide the necessary security.”
