Roxas police authorities conducted the arrest of the most wanted person in Roxas, Palawan last October 18 for the crime of murder in relation to RA 10591, or the Comprehensive Firearms and Ammunition Regulation Act.
The arrested person was identified as Jesmar Villaflor Villo, a 30-year-old single farmer residing in Sitio Little Caramay, Bgy. Magara, Roxas, Palawan.
He was arrested in Sitio Little Caramay, Roxas, Palawan by a team from Roxas Municipal Police Station (MPS) led by PCPT. Erwin H. Carandang by virtue of warrant of arrest issued by Judge Paul B. Jagmis Jr. of RTC Branch 95, Roxas, Palawan, dated July 2, 2020.
Villo is now under the custody of Roxas MPS and will be presented to the issuing court for proper disposition. No bail has been recommended for his temporary liberty.
